I felt so bad when I heard Mitt Romney imply that having two parents in the home will lead to conditions that lessen the likelihood for violence in our society (this was said in response to an audience question about AK-47s and gun violence).  I'm a single parent, and I had NO IDEA that I was perpetuating gun violence by being single!  What am I thinking?!?!  So I've decided to get married fast so that I can keep my kids from getting any AK-47's and so that society as a whole will be a lot safer because there will be one less single parent around, making things dangerous for the rest of you.

So, if you know of anyone who will marry me, please have them write to me or leave their name below (you can nominate someone, if you like.  I'll not be picky or selfish about it.)
